Yesterday we made the trek out to Coquitlam to have a bbq with our music class friends.
The weather was glorious and we had a fine feast of burgers, corn and salads. Of course the company was even better and as soon as Parker's mommy sends me the photo I will show you how the moment moved Little E.
She had the party goers oooing and ahhhing at the strength of her sole. Yes, the soles of her feet are uber tough and she proved it by marching up and down the gravel path in her bare feet all afternoon. I told them that we've been training her on hot coals for a Guinness record, so really gravel is nothing.
Today I exchanged a dress - used my stellar negotiation skills to do this since it's actually "not their policy" - but The Barefoot Contessa has such pretty little numbers. And on the walk I fuelled up with an amazing muffin from Coco et Olive on Main street. I would say that was the best darn muffin I have ever had, and I like to think of myself of somewhat of a connoisseur in that department. Oh yeah, and the babies were there too.
